The goal of the project was to create an effective BI report that would help improve business management, analyze financial performance and business processes, and create tools for easy customer management. - ## Solutions 1 Analytics of current business finances At this stage, we conducted a detailed analysis of the company's current financial performance. We developed a dashboard that reflects the movement of the business from year to year and the impact of various factors, such as the dynamics of customers, revenues, and expenses. This allowed us to better understand the company's financial health and identify key trends. 2 Business process analysis We delved deeper into the analysis of the company's business processes, breaking down the structure of customers, partners, and intermediaries. We determined how much each of them affects the business, which helped us identify the key factors affecting the company's performance. It also helped to identify the strengths and weaknesses of current business processes. 3 Client management For ease of viewing and management, we created a table that shows when the term of work with clients and contracts expires. This tool serves as a control system for customer re-signing, which helps to avoid customer losses. 4 Summarizing the results We summarized the entire business in Business Balance, covering all structures: transactions, suppliers, partners, and finance. This ensured a complete understanding of the current state of the business and its financial performance, which allowed us to create a basis for making informed strategic decisions. - ## Results Our work resulted in a high-quality business management tool. The company now has the ability to conduct in-depth analysis of financial and operational indicators, make informed decisions, and improve the efficiency of business processes.
